Our gutter cleaning process can clear those areas and allow water to flow properly.  Many times after cleaning the exterior of gutters, they are left with grey streaks.  These streaks are caused by water draining from the roof and oxidizing the paint.  These streaks can only be removed by scrubbing with a special cleaning solution giving them a fresh new look.
